Refund policy

Refunds

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, email support@takemnrl.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund it to your original payment method.

Unopened boxes can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price; email us first for return instructions. Opened products can't be returned unless they arrived damaged or wrong.

Subscription renewals can be skipped or cancelled anytime before the billing date from your account; see our Subscription policy.

Approved refunds are issued within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to post them.
